Palmetto Cheese stuffed Deviled Eggs with Green Olive Monsterspimento cheese stuffed deviled eggs
6 Tablespoons Palmetto Cheese, Original, Jalapeno or Bacon
6 eggs, hard boiled
1/4 cup Mayonnaise salt and pepper to taste

Cut hard boiled eggs in half, remove yolks and place into a bowl. Place egg whites onto a serving dish. Mash yolks with a fork until fine. Add mayo and mix until incorporated. Add Palmetto Pimento Cheese and mix until thoroughly incorporated together. Scoop mixture into a pastry bag or gallon-size food storage bag with one small corner cut off. Pipe mixture onto egg whites.

Green Olive Monsters
Large green olives, pitted
Slice the olive in half. Place one half on top of the deviled egg.
Slice the other half into 6 pieces.
Arrange 3 “legs” on each side of the olive half on your egg.

You can also use black olives instead of green.

For the cup of Palmetto Cheese, we peeled the ends of 5 carrots and sliced about 2 inches long. We stuck those into the PC to make it look like fingers.
