Game Day Sandwiches

Add 1 lb of Deli Ham to a food processor and finely chop. This can be done by hand if you don’t have a food processor.
Mix in 2 cups of Palmetto Cheese – Original, Jalapeno, or Bacon
Remove the tops from a dozen rolls and half a dozen croissants
Spread with the ham and cheese mixture and put the tops back on.

Place the sandwiches on a sheet pan and preheat the oven to 350F.

In a saucepan, combine:
3/4 C Butter
1/4 C Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Mustard
1 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
1 tsp Poppy Seeds

Stir over medium heat until the butter has melted and all of the ingredients have combined.

Brush the tops of the rolls and croissants and bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
