These are an easy way to get your party food looking ghoulish for Halloween.

For the recipe you’ll need:
6 eggs
6 Tbsp Palmetto Cheese – Original, Jalapeno, or Bacon
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
Black Olives
Green and red food coloring

Add eggs to boiling water and boil for approx. 12 minutes. Remove from the heat, drain the water and cool. Remove the shells from the eggs, cut them in half lengthwise and place the egg yolks into a bowl. Place the egg whites onto a serving dish. Mash the egg yolks with a fork until they are fine pieces. Add Palmetto Cheese, mayo, and four drops of green food coloring and stir. Place into a pastry bag or a quart size Zip Lock bag with a small piece of the corner cut off. Set aside.

To the make the eyeball portion, dip a toothpick into red food coloring. Draw the “veins” onto the egg whites until all of the egg whites are colored.

Pipe the green egg mixture onto the egg whites and top with a slice of black olive and serve!
