Ham and Cheese Tortilla Pinwheels

Okra Dokies Palmetto Cheese

2 cups of Palmetto Cheese – Original, Jalapeno, or Bacon
1 lb Deli Ham
1 Tbsp Ranch Dressing Mix
10″ Flour Tortillas

In a food processor or by hand, finely chop the ham. In a bowl, mix together chopped ham, Palmetto Cheese, and Ranch Dressing Mix. Spread mixture evenly over a flour tortilla. Roll it up tightly and wrap in parchment paper or plastic wrap. Chill for an hour. To slice, unroll from the parchment or plastic wrap and cut off both ends so the first and last slices sit flat. You should get 8 slices per roll. You can make these ahead of time and keep them wrapped in the refrigerator. When you or the kids are ready for a snack, pull one out and slice it up! These are also great for party and can be paired with the Okra Dokies (on the right side of the platter photo).
