You’ve visited our website and seen our Facebook and now you would like to give Palmetto Cheese a try.  Why not see what all the fuss is about?  You make a trip to your local grocer and discover that they don’t sell “the pimento cheese with soul!”.  What are you going to do now? You have two options: purchase Palmetto Cheese online or submit a product request to your grocery store.

What most customers don’t realize is the impact that they make on what products their grocery store carries.  Consumer demand is what pushes sales at any store.   If you’re going to buy it, more than likely they will want to be able to sell it to you.   So what’s the next step?  Tell your grocery store or deli department manager!!  They won’t know what kind of products you like until you tell them.  We have created an informational sheet that you can take with you that explains everything the manager will need to know.  You can print it out here.

We’ll let you know right now that it is not always an instant process, but it is a start. In addition to or instead of the sheet you can also submit a product request online.  This is usually available on your grocery store’s website. We have created a list below for direct links to each store’s product request page.  Each store operates differently in returning requests, so be patient.  If you are a member of CostCo, the process is a little different.  On your next visit to CostCo there will be customer feedback cards available at the front of the store.  If there are not out in the open, ask someone at the customer service desk.  When you fill out the card let them know about Palmetto Cheese and provide them with our website www.palmettocheese.com.  The website will have any information they need to make a decision or make contact.
