Oktoberfest Beer Cheese
12 oz. tub of PC – Original, Jalapeno or Bacon
2 oz. a good Lager
1 1/2 tsp prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp dry mustard
Three Dashes of hot sauce
Mix together. Can be served hot or cold. We microwaved it for about a minute and a half and put it in a hollowed out bread bowl. Served with rye/pumpernickel swirl toast points and pretzel rods. It was really good. Would also be good with Apples like fondue.

  1. You’ve really captured me with this recipe!! I’m a Wisconsin girl!! Real, sharp Wisconsin cheddar and beer! Are you kidding me? Two of the major food groups! Add another one, and, instead of a dip, use it as a condiment on bratwurst!! HEAVEN
