
Palmetto Cheese Taco Dip is one of those recipes that you can put together quite quickly and it looks and tastes amazing. There are only a few ingredients and you can garnish it with toppings of your choosing.
Ingredients:
1 pound Ground Beef
12 ounces Palmetto Cheese – Original, Jalapeno or Bacon
16 ounce jar Salsa
1 pkg Taco Seasoning
Garnish (optional)
1 Avocado, diced small
1 Tomato, diced small
1/2 bunch Green Onions, sliced
(You can also top with chopped jalapenos, sliced black olives, chopped head lettuce, or crumbled nacho chips depending on how fancy or loaded you want it.)
Directions:
In a saucepan or large skillet, fully cook ground beef and drain off the excess grease. To the beef, add the taco seasoning and stir on medium heat until combined.
Add the salsa and Palmetto Cheese and stir until mixed thoroughly.
Simmer on low heat for five minutes until everything is combined.
Pour into a serving dish and garnish with toppings of your choice. Serve with nacho chips or your favorite dipping chip. Enjoy!!
