  1. It’s hard to be a good ole plain pimento cheese sandwich but I do enjoy adding fresh tomato or tomato and bacon. I also enjoy the fact that I can get a chili cheese dog at the Varsity with pimento cheese. If you have not tried it, you’re gonna love it!

  2. “Hands down”, my favorite way to eat Soulful Original Palmetto Cheese is to use my right hand index finger and just scoop some into my mouth. As Rachel Ray would say, “Yum Oh”. I really did buy some for sandwiches, but every time I opened the fridge, I would get several fingerfulls!. Needless to say, the sandwiches were never made.

  3. Love to dip multi-grain pita chips (Stacey’s) in my Palmetto Cheese! Also a grilled Palmetto Cheese sandwich is mighty tasty!! Make just like you would a regular grilled cheese…all ooey-gooey…yum!

  5. I love my Palmetto Cheese grilled on whole wheat with crispy applewood smoked bacon…..or….Palmetto cheese on a fresh croissant with sliced apples and crispy applewood smoked bacon…..yummmmm!!

  6. My Husband and I like the Palmetto Cheese with Jalapenos on our sandwiches. A little Dukes Mayo on one side, the Palmetto Cheese on the other with slices of fresh home grown tomatoes(salt and peppered),onion and lettuce. I also toss on some sliced avocado to mine. Delicious!

  7. A pimiento cheese sandwich with a summertime tomato is simply beyond comparison.

    I like to use Arnold Country White bread. Begin by applying the tiniest bit of Duke’s mayo to both sides of both pieces and fry them up a little in a skillet. Next is a generous smearing of Palmetto Cheese to both pieces of bread. Add a fresh tomato slice, close it up, fry it a couple more minutes, and prepare for heaven. I take my sandwich with a Diet Coke.

  8. Multi grain bread lightly toasted with bacon, onion, chopped egg and chopped avocado.
    This is heaven on earth, well ok maybe with a little Tomato soup !,!

  9. I love mine with toasted Merita old fashioned white bread, home grown tomato slices, salt, pepper, a cold beer, and a little Pawleys Island sunshine!

  11. A place here in Naples makes a Pimento Cheeze Pizza! IT IS THE PEST PIZZA EVER! It’s now my favorite pizza and my favorite use of pimento cheese! I even put pepperoni on mine! Deeeeee-lish! Extra crispy crust is best….my preference, at least!

  12. I like to make it many different ways and both hot and cold. One of my favorites is to have Palmetto Pimento Cheese layered with Ham and green olives on buttered toasted bread.

  14. Palmetto Pimento cheese latheredthick on pumpernickel swirl with 2 slices of crispy bacon. Love to add fresh thin sliced cucumbers and a dash of black pepper!

I love priminto cheese on really fresh bread a thick slice of tomatoe slide in under the broiler of toater oven for just a bit. sort of melts the cheese and warms the tomatoe the bread is slightly toasted and put a few bananna peppers on it as well. so many other comments make me want to try them the soft crab sounds AWESOME!!

  16. I Love my PI Jalapeno PC Sandwich on toasted wheat bread with thin slices of tomato. Dont wanna take to much away from the deliciousness of the pimento cheese! YUMM! I think I’ll go have one for breakfast!
    …and probably lunch too!

    Some days I have it with soup.
    Some days I have it with chips.
    Always, I have it with tea 🙂

  19. I just like pimento cheese on plain white bread or toast, but now I want to try some of these other suggestions. Good thing I have some Palmetto Cheese in the fridge!

  20. I love a pimento cheese sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread and a couple of slices of fresh, ripe, homegrown tomato! Yum! Now, I know whats for lunch:)

  23. My new favorite pimento cheese sandwich is the burger at BSL Diner in Camden, SC. Their pimento cheese is very good, but if your pimento cheese was on it…. oh my soul… I get it with pimento cheese, bacon, jalapenos, mustard, onions and chili. I’ve had it twice this weeka nd wouldn’t bat an eye at having it again today, with EXTRA pimento cheese. YUM!
