  1. I would have PC and those little bread rounds from Fresh Market. I love PI because I can visit both of my favorite places to shop on the same trip!

  2. This past weekend we had guests and I made a snack tray that was really a hit, using your Palmetto Cheese! I toasted English Muffins and ‘buttered’ them with Palmetto Cheese. I topped each half with some with deli ham and some with hard salami – then cut each in half. Placed those on my tray along with a bowl filled with your cheese, some Ritz’s crackers, pepperoni, sliced olives and celery. I hadn’t planned and I had to make it up on the fly so I’m REALLY thankful for having your cheese in the house. It’s the BEST!!

  3. I love Palmetto Cheese with the green top with Wheat Thins and cold beer! I served it at a party in a bowl and everyone thought I made it myself! I had to tell them my secret recipe!!

  4. I like mine with green olives and pickle relish on those little toasted rounds from The Fresh Market.
My daughter has NEVER liked pimento cheese, but she loves Palmetto with bacon.
I want a PC Tervis mug even if I cen’t win it.
    Where can they be purchased?

  5. On my platter I would love to have some Ritz Crackers and just some bread. What better way to enjoy this tasty treat than the southern way with Ritz Crackers and Sliced Bread!!!!!

  6. I personally LOVE my PC on just regular ol’ Wheat Thins and nothing else. I’m not fancy and neither should my snacking be. Regular snacking for regular folks…

  7. Love pimento cheese on old fashioned white sandwich bread along side pc of southern fried chicken. Yummy…add in a deviled egg or two and we have the perfect picnic.

  8. I love my palmetto cheese with a spread of crackers! It is also delicious served on little hard croutons and a piece of roast turkey!

  9. My favorite companion to Palmetto Cheese are these little crab-shaped specialty crackers I used to purchase at Piggly Wiggly at Litchfield. I have been unable to find them since moving away. I miss Pawleys Island & my favorite snacking duo! Fried green tomatoes, vegetable Ritz crackers, and celery are next in line. Whatever the accompaniment or occasion,, Palmetto Cheese with Soul is sure to make it better!!!

  10. On a snack tray….Jalepeno’ poppers made with Palmetto Cheese stuffed into the jalepeno’s then wrapped in bacon. On the grill for 10 minutes just until the cheese melts, and bacon is crisp! 😉

  11. Love palmetto Cheese with ritz crackers! My sister recently did jalapenos cut in half with palmetto cheese and then wrapped in bacon and put on the grill 🙂 Another great way to enjoy the goodness!!

  12. We love Palmetto Cheese grilled with buttered bread and bacon! Or on a hamburger or on a platter with celery and chips for dipping!

  13. I would have bugles (Kick back to my childhood) and fritos corn chips for dipping in my Palmetto! Maybe not the healthiest dippers but a heck of a treat!!!

  14. There is a restaurant here in town that does fried green tomato crisps and pimento cheese!! At home I prefer pita chips.

  15. My favorite way to snack on palmetto cheese is with some pickled okra, buffalo wheat thins and a couple of black olives. YUM!!!!!!!
