Ingredients:
2 – 1 LB packages Jumbo Biscuit dough (8 ct.) Use the brand of your choice
8 ounces Palmetto Cheese – Original, Jalapeno or Bacon
4 slices Deli Ham
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Coat a Bundt Pan evenly with non-stick pan spray.
Stack ham slices on top of each other and cut into quarters and set aside.
Open a container of Palmetto Cheese and set aside.
Open up your biscuit dough. With the biscuit flat on the counter, use a serrated knife to slice a pocket 3/4 of the way through the biscuit.
Open up the pocket and place a quartered ham slice and 1 Tablespoon of Palmetto Cheese.
Seal up all edges of the biscuit to make sure the filling stays inside.
Now that you’re comfortable with the process of doing one, to speed things up, slice several biscuits at a time. Fill up the biscuits that you sliced with ham and cheese and seal them up.
Place the stuffed biscuits vertically in the bundt pan. 16 biscuits will be side by side packed together in the pan. After it’s baked it creates delicious ham and cheese stuffed biscuits that can be pulled right off of the loaf.
Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and biscuits are cooked all of the way through.
Yields 16 biscuits

Hi Chuckie! If you have a Stop & Shop or a Giant Foods store in your area, you should be able to get Palmetto Cheese in New York. If you have one of those stores and they don’t carry PC, please ask the Deli Dept. Manager to order it in. They should be able to order with no problem.
I love having Palmetto Cheese when I’m home, but haven’t been home in a while. So, I just bought some online so I can have it out here in Texas! Can’t wait for it to arrive! Yum!

This pimento cheese is the real deal. It’s just like homemade but without the work. Thank you so much for putting out a product of this quality.
Thank you for your kind words for Palmetto Cheese, Debi. We appreciate you taking the time to comment 🙂
Great combination. Be sure to cook it at least 40 minutes. You may need to cover it with foil. The top gets beautifully brown way before the inside is thoroughly cooked. Even better the next day!
Use your pimento cheese all the time cannot wait to try this.
